摘    要:为了保证煤矿井下正常生产,需要一个合理可靠的矿井通风系统。当矿井开采到一定深度,围岩温度逐渐上升,此时对通风系统进行网络解算必须考虑风流与围岩之间的热交换问题。测试了某千米矿井通风系统的负压,在通风系统网络解算中引入节点风流热量平衡方程,分析了热交换问题对通风系统网络解算的影响;对比了忽略热交换和考虑热交换影响的2种通风系统网络解算结果的分支风量偏差。对不同的矿井总风量进行网络解算,分析了热交换对风量分配的影响程度,得出了随着矿井总风量减小,热交换对通风网络解算结果的影响变大的结论。在实例中验证了考虑热交换的通风网络解算的准确性,达到了井下特定地点风量准确计算的目的。

Abstract:In order to maintain normal coal mine production,a reasonable and reliable mine ventilation system is needed.When mine is mined to a certain depth,the surrounding rock temperature is gradually rising,conducting ventilation network solution must take into account the influence of heat exchange between the airflow and the surrounding rock.Negative pressure of ventilation systems of a deep mine with about one thousand meters has been tested,the node airflow heat balance equation was considered in ventilation system network solution,and the impact of heat exchange on ventilation network solution was analyzed.The air volume deviation of ventilation system was analyzed under ignoring and considering the influence of heat exchange when ventilation system network solution was conducted.Based on different total air volume,the influence degree of heat exchange on air volume distribution was analyzed through network solution,the results showed that:with mine total air volume decreasing,the influence degree of heat exchange on network solution result increased.The accuracy of ventilation network solution considering heat exchange was verified on site,achieving the aim of air volume precise calculation of mine special position.
