大埋深孤岛工作面过断层带回采技术研究

摘    要:车集煤矿2608工作面回采期间机尾相继揭露DF055(78°∠60°H=5 m)、F2608-7(76°∠65°H=3.5 m)、F2608-6(78°∠50°H=1 m)、F2608-5(81°∠40°H=0.5 m)断层,受断层带影响工作面12°仰采推进,煤层呈阶梯状错断、顶板节理发育,且回风巷36U弧形棚支护段钢棚变形严重、巷道大采高段超前支护困难,严重制约工作面安全生产。结合矿井实际生产情况,研究制定了工作面回采层位调整、巷道替棚、挑顶、绞顶施工方案及过断层带支护保障技术体系,确定工作面在DF055断层上盘断层面以下5架范围内提前挑顶、起溜,限定起溜幅度100~150 mm/0.6 m,挑顶段增幅1架/1.8 m,回风巷替棚、挑顶施工14 m、绞顶施工32 m。结果表明:工作面机尾过断层带期间回采层位与回风巷层位基本一致,工作面防片帮、防掉顶措施科学有效,回风巷超前及端头支护衔接有序,安全出口畅通,实现了复杂地质条件下工作面安全高效开采。

Abstract:Juji Coal Mine was exposed to DF055(78°∠60°H= 5 m),F2608-7(76°∠65°H= 3.5 m),F2608-6(78°∠50°H= 1 m),F2608-5(81°∠40°H= 0.5 m) fault during the mining period of 2608 working face,fault zone by the influence of working face 12 degrees upward mining of coal seam was stepped forward,the shape of fault,the roof joint development,and tunnel 36U curved roof support section steel shed,the roadway deformation was serious in large mining height period of advanced support difficulties,seriously restricting the safe production of working face.Combined with the actual production situation,develop the mining roadway for horizon adjustment,shed,the top pick,twist top construction scheme and fault belt supporting guarantee system,it was confirmed that the working face will pick top in advance within 5 frames below the fault plane of DF055 fault,the limit of sliding range was 100~150 mm/0.6 m,and the top of the section was increased by 1 frame/1.8 m,return airway for the shed,top construction 14 m,construction of the top 32 m.The results show that the working face of the tail through fault belt during the consistent mining horizon and on roadway,working face anti spalling and roof fall prevention measures are effective,on the lane ahead and end support of convergence and orderly,safety exits are unblocked,achieved under complex geological conditions,work safety and high efficiency mining.
