| 摘 要： | 瓦斯是威胁煤矿安全生产的主要因素，瓦斯消溶剂是利用甲烷氧化菌将瓦斯分解或转化为其他无害物质，消除或减少煤层中的瓦斯，降低瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量，从而达到消除煤与瓦斯突出危险性的目的。通过在寺家庄矿石门揭煤3次工程试验得知，经过24 h后，平均瓦斯含量分别下降3.64，2.24，3.81 m3/t。瓦斯消融微生物在分解甲烷的同时，能促进吸附在煤体中的甲烷快速解吸。通过与常规掘进方式比较，在注入瓦斯消溶剂试后进行掘进作业，施工钻孔数减少约92%，总的掘进工作天数减少59 d，揭煤效率提高3.1倍。瓦斯消溶剂是治理瓦斯的一种有效、环保的技术方法，对防治煤与瓦斯突出，促进高效安全生产具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Gas is the main factor that threatens the safe production of coal mine，gas ablation agent is the use of methane oxidizing bacteria will decompose into other gas or harmful substances，to eliminate or reduce the coal seam gas，reducing gas pressure and gas content，so as to eliminate the danger of coal and gas outburst.After 3 times engineering test of crock cross-cut coal uncovering，the gas content decreased respectively by 3.64 m3/t，2.24 m3/t and 3.81 m3/t after 24 hours.When methane is decomposed by gas ablation agent，it can promote the desorption of methane in coal.Compared with the conventional driving method，the construction of boreholes can be reduced by about 92% by engineering test using gas ablation agent，and the total driving days are reduced by 59 days，and the coal uncovering efficiency is increased by 3.1 times.Gas ablation agent is an effective and environmental protection method for gas control.It has important practical significance for preventing and controlling coal and gas outburst and promoting high efficiency and safety production. |
