摘    要:针对某企业生产中带头印缺陷频发的问题,对带头印缺陷的产生机理进行了研究。结果表明:带钢厚度、卷筒刚度、卷取张力、上卷温度对带头印缺陷有较大影响,并通过Abaqus有限元仿真分析得到进一步验证。根据机理研究及仿真分析,开展一系列攻关试验,带头印平均长度由前期88.7m降至34.7m。

Abstract:In view of the often occuring of strip head print defect during production of a plant,the mechanism of the head print defect was researched.The results showed that there were serious influence of the strip thickness,sleeve stiffness,coiling tension and coiling temperature on the strip head print defect,and these rsults were further verified by abaqus finite element simulation analysis.According to the mechanism study and simulation analysis,a series of research experiments were carried out,and the average length of the head print was reduced significantly from original 88.7 m down to 34.7 m.
