电力市场竞价策略的差分进化算法

摘    要:“厂网分开,竞价上网”是我国电力市场的发展趋势,而在我国电力市场迅速发展的同时,发展过程中难免出现一些问题。作为人们日常生活不可缺少的物质保障,电力资源必须实现有效的配置,这就势必要引入市场竞争机制,将电力当作商品进行交易,以此来满足我国居民的正常生活用电需求,同时也要保证工业和第三产业的稳定发展。通过建立电力市场竞价的数学模型,选取合适的目标函数,找准约束条件。同时采用Matlab软件进行数据分析,由DE算法得到的解均优于另2种算法所得到的解,仅最优解与EP相近。同时该算法得到的解偏差仅为0.09%,均优于其他2种算法。

Abstract:"The separation of factory network and bidding online" was the development trend of China′s power market.While China′s power market was developing rapidly,some problems would inevitably arise in the development process.As an indispensable material guarantee for people′s daily life,power resources must be effectively allocated.It was necessary to introduce market competition mechanism and trade electricity as commodities to meet the normal living needs of Chinese residents.Guarantee the stable development of industry and the tertiary industry.By establishing a mathematical model of the electricity market bidding,selected the appropriate objective function and find the constraints.At the same time,Matlab software was used for data analysis.The solutions obtained by DE algorithm were better than the solutions obtained by the other two algorithms.Only the optimal solution was similar to EP.At the same time,the deviation of the solution obtained by the algorithm was only 0.09%,which was better than the other two algorithms.
