摘    要:郑州矿区三软煤层属于低透气性难抽煤层,通过采用穿层钻孔高压水力冲孔增透卸压的方法,释放煤层瓦斯压力,提高煤体透气性,研究了抽采钻孔的封孔方法、分析了高压水力冲孔增透区域的瓦斯抽采效果及其参数,提高了煤体瓦斯预抽效果,解决了矿井煤层透气性差、瓦斯抽放效率低、钻孔工程量大的难题,最终形成一套适合矿井自身条件的穿层钻孔高压水力冲孔卸压增透技术,可为矿井的区域瓦斯治理提供技术支持。

Abstract:Zhengzhou mining area belongs to three soft coal seam difficult to drain,the permeability of the coal seam is low.Through the methods of high-pressure hydraulic punching by layer-through boreholes,gas pressure of coal seam was released,the permeability of coal was also improved.Gas extraction effect and its parameters for high pressure hydraulic punching anti-reflection region was analysed,the effect of the coal gas drainage was improved,and the problems of bad coal seam permeability,low gas drainage efficiency and large quantities of drilling were also solved,eventually,a set of high-pressure hydraulic punching by layer-through boreholes was formed according to the conditions of the coal mine,which can provide technical support for the area of mine gas control.
