摘    要:现代大型预焙铝电解槽普遍采用炭素制品作阳极进行电解生产,炭素阳极在电解质中工作时不同程度地发生颗粒脱落形成碳渣,影响到电解质性能和生产指标。本文结合铝电解槽高效低耗、节能减排生产,浅析碳渣形成的原因、存在的形式和产生的危害,进而采取合理的控制措施。

Abstract:Modern large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolytic tank is widely used as the anode for electrolytic production of carbon products , carbon anode in the electrolyte of different degree occurs when particles formed carbon residue , affect the electrolyte performance and production index .This combination of aluminum electrolytic tank , high efficiency and low con-sumption of energy saving and emission reduction in production , carbon residue analysis of the causes , forms and harms , and to take reasonable control measures .
