摘    要:针对目前车用空压在线性能测试的要求,文中结合了ASME喷嘴方法及充罐法测容积流量的优缺点,提出了一种新的动态车用空压机容积流量检测方法;采用Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)滤波算法,解决了充罐法充罐过程中贮罐压力脉动干扰造成的测量误差;采用基于事例推理(CRB)推理机方法,建立了不同工况下的车用空压机性能测试智能专家系统,实现了实测结果的自动搜索与修正,以及知识库结果真值的自学习;通过对比试验结果表明该方法在短时间内能有达到ASME喷嘴稳态测量的精度,满足车用空压机在线快速检测的要求。

Abstract:Combining the advantage and disadvantages between ASME nozzle method and fill tank method,a new methods for the motor compressor performance test was proposed;Using unscented kalman filter algorithm,that can solve the measurement error;The intelligent expert system was established by using CRB method that realized the automatic research and correction for the test result.Compared the test result between the new method and ASME nozzle method,that the new method can compete on-line test for the motor compressor.
