径向喷射规整旋流分离器的性能研究

摘    要:径向喷射规整旋流分离器独特的结构设计,可以大大提高固体颗粒在分离区所受到的离心力。通过对新型分离器的除尘性能进行数值模拟和试验验证,结果表明,在压力损失相当的情况下,比传统型旋风除尘器对于平均粒径4μm滑石粉的捕集总效率提高了将近30%,达到93.9%。其最大优势是可以有效提高对超细粉尘的分离效率。

Abstract:A new cyclone called Radial Jet Cyclone is designed with the special structure,which greatly helps enhancing the centrifugal force of particles in the cyclone separation zone.The numerical simulation and experimental validation methods was used to study this new type of cyclone.The results show that the Radial Jet Cyclone effectively improve the removal efficiency of separation of Pulvis Talci to 93.9%,which is 30% compared with the DM cyclone at a considerable pressure loss.The average particle size of Pulvis Talci is 4μm.The results also show that the greatest advantage of the Radial Jet Cyclone is the effective improvement of capturing the fine particles.
