摘    要:针对煤层气井的分层注入/压降测试及分层压裂施工的特点,研制并应用了ZY桥塞 ZY221封隔器新型组合分层管柱,成功取代了下入双封跨隔分层施工管柱。实现了起下一趟管柱即可完成煤层气井一井多层的分层注入/压降测试或分层压裂施工,提高了一次施工成功率,缩短了施工周期,具有明显的经济效益。

Abstract:To the feature of injection/down pressure testing and fracturing for separated layers in coal methane bed well,a new type combing pipe string of ZY plug ZY221 packer has been developed and applied which successfully replaced the operation stem of using double packers to separate layers. It is realized that injection/down pressure testing and fracturing to separated layers with many layers in one well by once testing stem which increases operation successful ratio,shortens testing period and has an obvious economical benefit.
