摘    要:
介绍了济钢第一炼钢厂(西区)钢包系统诸多事故的主要原因,重点针对钢包滑动水口的滑块砖和滑动机构等最主要因素进行了大量的研究与攻关,取得了满意的效果。根据存在的问题,合理制定对策,并组织实施,确保了钢水包整个系统的稳定,事故几率明显降低。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the main reason for many accidents of ladle system in the first steelworks in Jinan Steel(Western).Focusing on the most important factor for slider sliding gate brick and sliding bodies,a lot of study and research are carried through,and satisfactory results are achieved.Reasonable measures and the implementation according to the existing problems,ensure the ladle system stability.
