摘    要:
本文主要介绍运用ARL3460光谱仪探索K213耐热钢的分析方法。通过研制标样和标准化样品,解决了没有适宜标样的困难。运用数理统计方法对曲线的关键部位进行模拟试验,探索出了一条分析K213耐热钢的新途径。本方法的分析精度满足了国家标准的要求。

Abstract:
In this paper a method of analyzing K213 heat resistant steel by using ARL3460 spectrometer is introduced. The developed standard sample and standardization sample solve the problem of no suitable specimen. And analog test for critical points of curves have been carried out by means of mathematical statistics to find out a new way of analyzing K213 heat resistant steel. The analysis precision of this method can meet the requirement of national standard.
