摘    要:基于水基系统的概念构建了东江流域水基系统健康评价指标体系,在层次分析法的基础上,采用模糊综合评价方法从稳定态、和谐度和演进率三方面分析了东江流域水基系统在2005、2010、2020、2030年的健康状态.综合评价结果表明,东江流域水基系统2005年处于较健康状态,影响因素主要为饮用水源水质达标率、节水达标率及河道生态...
