通过对青东煤矿煤层突出危险性分析,研究确定了井筒穿过具有突出危险性煤层时通过地面预注浆进行固化煤层,降低煤层的孔隙率和瓦斯放散初速度,提高煤体强度,使煤体不具有突出危险性,震动性爆破前巧妙将工作面施工成所揭煤层成平行,采用电磁高性能安全雷管进行远距离震动爆破,实现安全快速揭开煤层。
