| 摘 要： | 自1997年以来，一钢公司钢板厂的中厚板成材率指标连创新高，使中厚板成材率处于国内先进水平，分析了影响中厚板成材率的因素，并介绍 了一钢公司钢板厂近几年来结合实际情况，采取修订坯料尺寸、均衡出钢、定宽轧制、确定合理的负偏差目标量等措施，达到了降低烧损、减少切边量、负偏差平均值达到先进水平的目的，使中厚板成材率有所突破。

| Abstract: | Since 1997,Shanghai No.1 Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has been continuously setting the new records of plate yield,which keeps in a advanced position.The factors affecting plate yield are analyzed in the paper.In light of reality,the improvement of plate yield is due to the decrease of burning loss and trimming,and adjustment of average negative deviation,by revising slab size,balancing tap to tap cycle,defining width of rolling,and determining rational target range of negative deviation. |
