| 摘 要： | 从表面活性剂的特性入手,分析了用于高塔造粒复混肥防结块剂的表面活性剂应具有的作用;开发了1种新型防结块剂,进行了复混肥的防结块试验,并与其他防结块剂和传统的伯胺加机油作了比较.结果表明:在加入1号防结剂的质量分数0.15%时,可明显降低复混肥的结块率.具有实用价值.

| Abstract: | Characteristics of the surfactant, which is used in tower granulation complex fertilizers anti-caking agent, are analyzed. A new kind anti-caking agent is developed and tested, and compared with other anti-caking agent. Results show that as 0.15 wt% of the new anti-caking agent is added, caking rate of complex mixed fertilizer decreased obviously. |
