论中国彭阳县地质灾害的基本特征及防治对策

彭阳县是宁夏地质灾害最为发育的县(市)之一，地质灾害类型有滑坡、崩塌、泥石流以及具有潜在崩滑危险性斜坡等，严重地咸协着当地群众的生命财产安全。章从彭阳县地质灾害的群发性、区域性、周期性、突发性、差异性等方面分析了地质灾害的发育特征；从地形地貌条件、岩土体条件、新构造运动和断裂、水的作用以及人类活动的影响等方面分析了形成地质灾害的条件及影响因素；提出了地质灾害的防治应实行分级管理，推进成灾的社会化，积极推进灾害管理的信息化、科学化、规范化和法制化，并同当地的经济建设结合起来，从而对开展该县地质灾害的防治、减少灾害损失、保护人民财产安全提出了指导性的建议。

Discussion on the basic characteristics of Pengyang county geological hazard and the countermeasure of prevention and cure in China

Pengyang county is the most serious c ounty in Ningxia province that bears the geological hazard,the type of th e ge-ological hazard including landslid e,breakdown,mud-rock flow and slop e having potential collapse etc,and these seriously threaten the safety of the local people' s life and property.This article analyses the growth characteristics of the geological hazard from Pengyang county' s geology hazard crowd,region,periodicity,irregular occurrence and d ifference etc;Formation condition and influence factors of the geological hazard have been analyzed from the ea rth' s surface condition,rock soil body c ondition,new tectonic movement and the cracks,effect of water and mankind activity etc.Finally the prevention and cure of the geological hazard should be carried out to grade the management,which pushes on the s ocialization reducing natural disa sters,positively pushes on the calamity informationi zation,popularizes science,and standardizes the legal systemization of the calamity manage-ment.Combining with local economic construction,developing the preve ntion and cure of the geological haza rd,reducing the calamity loss,and protecting peopl e' s safety have been put forward finally.
