| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了沈阳市第四建筑公司在市场经济条件下，探索安全管理新路，如实行“安全目标风险抵押承包制度”、“项目安全管理事故易发点控制检查制度”等新经验，是一种简单可行的管理模式。对施工企业在新形势下搞好安全生产有一定借鉴意义。
