Opportunies E&;P technology has been innovated successively. Its economy is developing continually. The local government gives strong support for the industry. People have a good realization on environment protection. Threats It is relatively reasonable for the payment of electricity. The management style is not completely on the principle of market. The regulation agency is not strong enough and the law system is not completed. In the end, the corresponding SWOT strategic matrix is put forward as references to the development of gas market in Sichuan and Chongqing areas.
