摘    要:对汽车板提高连浇炉数到10炉后钢水洁净度及耐火材料使用情况进行现场工业试验,分析了10炉连浇浇铸过程中TO]、钢水中N]质量分数变化,夹杂物分布情况,并对浇铸后耐火材料使用情况进行了分析。研究结果表明,开浇第1炉TO]质量分数控制在28×10-6,N]质量分数为18×10-6,TO]平均质量分数为28.1×10-6,整体控制较好;N]质量分数控制稳定在17.2×10-6左右。开浇第一炉夹杂物数量并不多,第1炉达到6.46 个/mm2,最后1炉夹杂物分布情况为9.06 个/mm2,整体控制水平较好。10炉连浇后塞棒及中间包工作层厚度耐火材料均可满足现场工艺要求。

Abstract:Continuous casting heats of automobile steel plates was increased to ten heats to study the cleanliness of steel in tundish and refractories usage situation, TO], N content, the distribution of inclusions was also investigated in the casting process. The results showed that: the TO] content is 28×10-6, N content is 18×10-6 in the first heat, the average TO] content is 28.1×10-6 in the ten heats casting process, average N content is controled at 17.2×10-6. The inclusion distribution is 6.46 mm2, 9.06 mm2 in the first and last heat, the overall control level is good. The stopper and tundish working lining can satisfy the work requirements well.
