摘    要:采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/两级缺氧好氧工艺处理异丙胺合成废水,处理规模为500m3/d.实际运行结果表明,在实际进水COD为1 500~2 800mg/L、TKN为80~180 mg/L的情况下,对COD的去除率能够稳定在96%以上,出水NH+4-N稳定在11mg/L以下,出水控制指标均能达到<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准.

Abstract:The combined process of coagulation-sedimentation,hydrolysis-acidification and two-stage anoxic-aerobic treatment is used to treat synthetic isopropylamine wastewater,and the treatment capacity is 500 m3/d.The practical operation shows that when the influent COD and TKN are 1 500 to(2 800) mg/L and 80 to 180 mg/L respectively,the removal efficiency of COD is more than 96%,and the effluent NH+4-N is less than 11 mg/L.The effluent quality meets the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater D...
