宜居宜业的生态新城——北京大兴新城核心区规划及城市设计

本文通过介绍北京大兴新城核心区规划及城市设计方案,提出合理转化场地不利因素,使其成为具有活力的生态基础设施,并由此组织各种城市功能,实现城市的高度宜居和生态化;充分重视轨道交通对新城、旧城和中心城市便捷的联系作用,使宜业与宜居相互促进,为新城的可持续发展提供条件和可能。

The Ecological District of Habitability and Enterprise-Adaptability——Urban Design of the Daxing District Core in Beijing

Through the introduction of the urban plan and design of the Daxing District Core in Beijing,this paper puts forth the disadvantageous elements in the construction site design,so that the site can be converted into an ecological infrastructure which can help to organize different city functions and actualize the city's habitability and ecology.The author then analyses the importance of the subway on connecting the new city,old city and core city,and points out how this connection can promote habitability and enterprise-adaptability simultaneously,which paves the way for further sustainable development of the new city.
