功能性防腐涂层在石化行业应用分析

为了提高石油化工行业设备设施的使用寿命,采取功能性防腐涂层是最为有效的方法之一。分别对造成金属材料和混凝土材料腐蚀的原因进行分析,并结合近几年不同防腐涂层在石油化工行业中应用的研究成果,提出两种性制的改善措施。探讨了包括防腐隔热涂层、耐化学品防腐涂层、石墨烯防腐涂层、渗入固结型防腐涂层和自修复防腐涂层等多种功能性涂层的优点和不足。同时对功能性的防腐涂层在石油化工行业的应用发展进行了展望。

Application analysis of functional anticorrosive coatings in petrochemical industry

In order to improve the service life of equipments and facilities in petrochemical industry, functional anticorrosive coating is one of the most effective methods. The causes of corrosion of metal and concrete materials are analyzed respectively. Based on the research results of different anticorrosive coatings in petrochemical industry in recent years, specific and comprehensive improvement measures are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of various functional coatings, including anticorrosion and heat insulation coatings, chemical-resistant anticorrosion coatings, graphene anticorrosion coatings, infiltration and consolidation anticorrosion coatings and self-repairing anticorrosion coatings, are discussed. At the same time, the application and development of functional anticorrosive coatings in petrochemical industry are prospected.
