摘    要:
为克服电缆桥塞在座封时易发生的阻挡、卡死、缠死、电缆打结等弊病,解决斜井(30°)、地层结构复杂、套管发生变形及无法实施撞击点火等特殊条件下的桥塞硬连接问题,介绍一种应用于油气井射孔开采领域的桥塞硬连接压力激发式点火器。采用这种点火器的座封工艺既扩大了桥塞硬连接工艺的应用范围,也提高了桥塞座封的可靠性。

Abstract:
This paper introduced a hardwire bridge pressure igniter for oil/gas well perforation area.The igniter not only overcame the drawbacks such as blocking off,clamping mechanism,etc.,which always happened in cable bridge plug setting,but also resolved the hardwire problems in special conditions such as inclined shaft(>30°),complicated stratum structure,casing deformation and impracticability impact ignition.The setting technology of igniter enlarged the range of hardwire bridge application and increased the reliability of bridge plug setting.
