粉煤灰再生混凝土中氯离子渗透性能试验研究

摘    要:通过氯离子自然扩散试验,测定粉煤灰再生混凝土试件中自由氯离子浓度,研究了粉煤灰掺量、干湿循环等因素对粉煤灰再生混凝土中氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰能提高再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力,粉煤灰最佳掺量介于10%~30%之间;干湿循环加快了粉煤灰再生混凝土中氯离子的渗透速度;粉煤灰再生混凝土中氯离子浓度随着氯盐溶液侵蚀时间的延长逐渐增大,随着向粉煤灰再生混凝土内部的深入,逐渐降低。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of fly ash replacement, wet and dry cycles et al, on chloride ion permeability of recycled aggregate concrete, the chloride ion concentration of recycled aggregate concrete was measured during chloride natural diffusion test. The results showed that the resistance capacity to chloride ion penetrate of recycled aggregate concrete can be increased by replacing cement with fly ash, the optimum replacement of cement with fly ash is between 10% to 30% ; the rate of chloride penetrate in recycled aggregate concrete under wet and dry cycles is rapider than in saturated recycled aggregate concrete; the concentration of recycled aggregate concrete contained with fly ash increased as extending of erosion time, and decreased gradually from surface to inner of specimen.
