摘    要:某套化工连续生产线以甲醇为主要原料,开车运行期间需要保持生产线中甲醇原料罐的液位满足计量泵入口要求。现新建了一套甲醇原料罐液位自动控制装置,基于西门子S7-200系列PLC,利用闭环反馈控制,根据实际生产情况,自动完成甲醇的间歇性补加,提高了生产效率,减少了故障隐患。

Abstract:A set of chemical engineering continuous production line used methanol as the main raw material. During the operation of the production line,it was necessary to keep the methanol intermediate tank level to meet the metering pump inlet requirements. Now,a set of automatic control device for methanol intermediate tank level was built. Based on Siemens S7-200 series PLC,the closed-loop feedback control was used to automatically complete the intermittent replenishment of methanol according to the actual production situation,which improved the production efficiency and reduced the hidden trouble.
