某化工行业生产废水处理含氟污泥危险属性鉴别研究

以某含氟新材料化工企业产生的含氟污泥为例,依据国家危险废物鉴别技术规范及标准,从生产工艺、原辅料、中间体、废水产生环节、污水处理系统以及污泥产生量等进行分析,对该含氟废水处理系统产生的污泥进行危险属性判别。对检测结果分析,判定该企业含氟污泥为一般固体废物。本研究结果为特定化工行业生产废水含氟污泥日常管理提供参考。

Hazardous Waste Identification Study on the Fluorine-Containing Sludge Generated from Wastewater Treatment of Chemical Industry

This paper screened the identification testing items for analysis of wastewater treatment fluorine-containing sludge hazardous property, depend on the requirement of hazardous waste identification specifications and standards, the analysis on its raw materials and intermediates consumption, production process, the source of wastewater, wastewater treatment process, the amount of sludge and so on. It was concluded that the sludge from chemistry industry was identified as general solid waste based on the identification result, which provides reference for sludge daily management of chemical industry.
