摘    要:为了完成产品的可拆卸性设计,对可拓理论中的不相容问题求解方法进行了研究,在分析了矛盾问题求解方法的基础上提出了一种基于拆卸模型的不相容问题求解方法.该方法首先建立产品的拆卸模型以表达产品的连接方式,用拆卸模型代替相容度函数来判断产品的相容性,然后运用不相容问题的求解方法来解决问题,实现设计目标.该方法简化了设计过程,图像化地表示产品的相容性,扩大了不相容问题求解方法的运用范围.最后用实例验证了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:To achieve product disassembly design,the problem-solving method for incompatibility of extension theory was researched,and a new method of solving incompatibility problem based on disassembly model was put forward after analyzing the method of solving contradictions problem.In the method,a disassembly model of product was firstly established to express the connection mode of product.Then disassembly model was applied instead of the compatibilty function to estimate the compatibility of product.Afterwards the solving method for incompatibility was adopted to solve the problem and achieve the goals of design.This approach simplified the design process,visualized the compatibility of products,and expanded the application range of solving methods of incompatible problem as well.Finally,the application case was cited to illustrate the validity and efficiency of the method.
