Studies on Hydrogen Peroxide Bleaching of Flax Yarn

The factors affecting the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in bleaching flax yarn arc expounded,pointing out that certain amount of natural matters remaining on the scoured flax yarn have notable stabilizing effect on the decompositon of H2O2. This is also an important cause why high whiteness is hardly achievable.On this account,the hydrogen peroxide bleaching Drocess of flax yarn mast differ from other fibrilia in that the concentration of H2O2 should be increased appropriately and the dosage of stablzing agent lowered.
