摘    要:文章针对国华北京热电分公司脱硫石膏含水率超标(>10wt%)问题,从脱硫化学监测分析入手,结合实际运行情况及超标现象,从系统的运行方式、设备的运行状况以及运行方式对塔内正常反应的影响等几方面因素分析了石膏含水率超标的原因,并提出了控制石膏含水分的措施和改进方法,希望能对FGD运行和故障分析起到一定的参考作用。

Abstract:The water content of FGD gypsum in Guohuo Cogeneration Branch co.exceeded the set limit (> 10wt% ).in view of this prob lem,starting from the monitoring and analysis of FGD chemistry and combining with the practical operation and excess water content,this paper analyzed the causes of excess water content of FGD gypsum in terms of the operation scheme of system,the operation status of e quipment and the impact of operation scheme on the normal reaction inside the tower etc.and put forward the control measures of water content of gvpsum and improvement method.expecting to play a certain reference role for the operation and faliure analysis of FGD.
