摘    要:直升机旋翼共锥度是旋翼动平衡测量的一个重要参数,它直接影响直升机机动性能、安全性能等多方面重要指标;针对在旋翼高速旋转的状态下测量共锥度值的系统特点,采用切割激光光路法进行直升机旋翼共锥度测量,对其基本原理进行了介绍;设计了一种单光源、单光电接收器的光路结构,之后对信号采集处理部分以及上位机软件的设计进行了介绍.该系统结构简单,成本低廉,具有较高的系统可靠性和稳定性,可实现对直升机旋翼共锥度较高精度的测量.
