古铜色珠光颜料的制备及动力学研究

摘    要:以云母钛为基材,用Fe2O3对其表面进行包覆,从而制得古铜色珠光颜料.研究了包覆过程和焙烧过程的最佳工艺参数,以及通过热重分析研究了前驱体热分解过程的反应动力学,提出了反应动力学模型.

Abstract:Using titania-mica as basic material, Fe 2O 3 was coated on its surface and bronzed pearly pigment was obtained. Optimum process parameters during coating process and calcination process were studied. In addition, reaction kinetics of thermal decomposition of precursor was determined by thermogravimetry analysis. As a result, the model of reaction kinetics was proposed.
