Shielding Integrity Protection

Shielding effectiveness offered by shielding materials to electric field waves,magneticfield waves,and electromagnetic waves is achieved theoretically.In practice, however, this shieldingeffectiveness is not often achieved because a shielded enclosure, cabinets, rooms and vehicles isnot completely sealed, has necessary penetrations and apertures of one kind or another, thetheoretical shielding effectiveness is never obtained, because of the resultant loss of integrity. Thispaper discusses the loss of shielding integrity, shielding integrity protection, and practical applicationsof how the integrity can be reclaimed.
