| 摘 要： | 本文首先从采煤机销轨轮复合齿廓的形成方式入手，提出了针对新的齿廓采用新的加工方法，即电火花特种加工方式。其次，阐述了电火花加工复合齿廓的机理。最后，根据电火花加工机理，设计出对销轨轮齿面复合齿廓的加工方法以及修形方法。

Processing Technology on the Tooth Profile by Using Electric Spark Method |

| Abstract: | This paper, by starting with the formation of the compound tooth profile of coal-cutter’s pin gear, suggests using new processing method on new tooth profile, namely the electric spark processing method. Then it illustrates the principles of how to use electric spark to process compound tooth profile in detail. At last, based on this principle, it designs the methed to processing the tooth profile of pin gear. |
