摘    要: 为了研究不同能量输入条件下的煤泥浮选过程,以唐山矿区高灰难选煤泥为研究对象,将煤泥浮选过程分为调浆和浮选两个阶段,分别进行了调浆和浮选不同转速下的浮选功耗试验。试验结果表明:调浆过程和浮选过程最优的转速均为2400r/min;随着调浆搅拌转速的提高,精煤灰分和可燃体回收率先增加后减小;随着浮选功耗的增加,精煤灰分先增加后减小,精煤可燃体回收率逐渐增加;过低的搅拌强度不利于煤泥的矿化,而过强的搅拌会影响泡沫层的稳定。根据矿物可浮性的变化,对浮选过程中的能量需要进行分配,用最低的功耗获得较好的浮选指标。

Abstract:In order to study the slime flotation process under different energy feeding conditions,taking the high ash difficult slime in Tangshan Mining Area as the study object,the slime flotation process could be divided in to two stages,as a mixing and a flotation.A floatation power consumption test of the mix and floatation individually conducted with different speed.The test results showed that the optimal speed of the mixing process and the floatation process all would be 2400 r/min.with the minxing speed increased,the ash content of cleaned coal and the combustible mass recovery rate would be first increased and then decreased.With the floatation power consumption increased,the ash content of cleaned coal would be first increased and then decreased and the combustible mass recovered rated of the cleaned coal would be steadily increased.The too low mix strength would not be favorable to the mineralization of the slime and the too strong mixing would affect the stability of the foam layer.According to the variation of the mineral floatation,the energy in the floatation process should be allocated and a lowest power consumption would have a good floatation index.
