潮湿细粒煤炭的气流分级试验研究

摘    要: 介绍了一种新型潮湿细粒煤炭的气流分级设备及其工作原理,应用该设备进行了潮湿细粒煤炭的分级试验研究,分析讨论了下风风量、入料外在水分、上风风量对分级效果的影响,得出了可以分级6-0mm内任意粒度的潮湿原煤且当原煤外在水分小于8%时分级效率达到75%。

Abstract:A new pneumatic classification equipment of wet fine coal and its working principles are introduced in this paper and some classification experiments of wet fine coal had been carried out with this classifier.The impact of quantity of bottom wind,external moisture of coal and quantity of top wind on the efficiency of classification was explored.The result was obtained that the arbitrary particle size vary from 0 to 6mm of wet coal could be classified and the total classification efficiencies reached 75 percent when the external moisture of raw coal is below 8 percent.
