摘    要: 针对矿用提升机盘式制动器,基于BP神经网络对进行摩擦磨损性能预测。BP神经网络的构建主要利用了Matlab和Visual Basic的混合编程,合理的选择特征指标之后,通过实际实验对提升机闸瓦进行样本采集,对各个训练函数比较分析之后,即得到了最终的神经网络。

Abstract:According to the disc brake of the mine hoist,a friction and abrasion performance prediction was conducted base on the BP neural network.The establishment of the BP neural network was main conducted with the combined program of the Matlab and Visual Basic.After the features index rationally selected,the sample collection was conducted on the brake-shoe of the hoist with the actual experiment.After the comparison and analysis on each training function,the final neural network could be obtained.
