煤矿井下磨料水射流切割机的设计及应用

摘    要: 磨料水射流切割技术,是一种安全的“冷”切割技术,不会因产生火花而引起瓦斯爆炸事故。为满足煤矿井下的切割作业需要,设计并加工了便携式煤矿井下磨料水射流切割机。设备主体分为两部分,用一根高压软管连接,工人操作手持切割喷枪进行切割作业,切割速度可达40mm/min;通过压力表可以监测系统压力、喷嘴磨损、磨料用量等指标。该设备的使用实现了煤矿井下切割作业的安全进行。

Abstract:The abrasive water jet cutting technology is a safe and "cold" cutting technology and would not cause a mine gas explosion accident occurred by spark.In order to meet the cutting operation requirements in underground mine,a portable mine abrasive water jet cutting machine was designed and manufactured.The main body of the equipment would be divided into two parts.With a high pressure hose connected,a hand cutting spray gun with manual operation could make the cutting operation and the cutting speed could be 40 mm/min.With a pressures gauge,the system pressure,nozzle abrasion,abrasive consumption and other index could be monitored and measures.The application of the equipment could realize the safe cutting operation in underground mine.
