| Abstract: | The fragment of NOS terminator was obtained through the operating of DNA isolation and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)amplification from genetically modified tobacco.And the competitive template was made through the method of overlap extension amplification.The PCR products were confirmed with restriction enzyme digestion. |
