摆线齿轮精度分析(一)——第Ⅰ公差组的精度指标及测量方法

摘    要:摆线齿轮精度有三个公差组等级 ,其中第Ⅰ公差组的精度指标包括切向综合公差Fi′、径向综合公差Fi″、齿距累积公差Fp′和齿圈径向跳动公差Fr,对应的测量方法可借鉴渐开线齿轮的测量方法。Fi′和Fi″的测量可采用两针齿法或全针齿法。

Abstract:The accuracy of cycloid gears has three kinds of tolerance groups. The accuracy terms in group Ⅰ include the tangential synthetic tolerance F i ′, the radial synthetic tolerance F i ″, the accumulative pith tolerance F P and the tooth flanks diameter run-out tolerance F r. The measuring methods corresponding above precision terms can be referred to the measuring methods of involute gears. For the measurement of F i ′ and F i ″, a standard cylindrical lantern gear that has two teeth or all teeth can be used.
