摘    要:选择南通市通吕运河主城段为实验样区,应用VisualBasic6.0和Map Objects2.4组件开发技术,设计了污染源管理信息系统。系统将GIS技术与水环境模型相结合,实现了污染源数据管理、监测数据统计、污染负荷模型计算、一维模拟可视化等功能,有助于环境决策者结合城市的污染指标,提出对污染源进行排放的限制依据,在一定程度上提高了研究区域污染源监督和管理的效率,促进通吕运河的水环境信息化建设。

Abstract:The main part of Tonglv canal in Nantong is selected as a sample.The information system for the management of pollution sources is designed by using the technology of component development,basing on Visual Basic6.0 and Map Objects2.4.It combining GIS technique and water environment model,realizes the functions of managing the data of pollution sources,calculating the model of pollution load,monitoring statistics and monitoring the pollution sources on the spot,and visualizing one-dimensional simulation,etc....
