渣油热转化产物中氮分布的研究

摘    要:改变反应条件对馏分及尾油中碱氮、总氮含量影响不大;同一反应条件下,碱性氮和总氮含量都随馏分变重而增加,总氮含量的增加明显高于碱性氮;产物中的碱性氮和总氮主要集中在蜡油和尾油中;热转化汽油和柴油中的碱性氮占馏分氮的质量分数较大,尾油中约为1/3。碱性氮和氮在热转化过程中向产物的转移无明显的选择性;含氮化合物比烃类难以裂化。

Abstract:Changing reaction conditions has little effect on basic nitrogen and total nitrogen content in the distillates and tail oil. At same reaction conditions, basic nitrogen and total nitrogen content increase with the increase of the distillate weight, and the increase of the total nitrogen is obviously higher than that of basic nitrogen; the basic nitrogen and total nitrogen mainly concentrates in wax oil and tail oil of the product; the basic nitrogen in thermal conversion gasoline and diesel oil covers a larger fraction of distillate nitrogen and about 1/3 in tail oil. There is no obvious selectivity of basic nitrogen and nitrogen transporting into the product; and nitrogenous compound is harder to crack than hydrocarbons.
