摘    要:在实验室条件下对5种变质程度不同的细粉煤进行了过滤脱水研究,探讨了煤的变质程度、粒度组成以及过滤推动力对滤饼含湿量的影响。结果表明,随着煤料的超细粉含量增加和煤变质程度降低,滤饼含湿量和过滤操作时间均增加,随过滤推动力的增加,滤饼的含湿量降低,煤料的粒度越细,过滤推动力的影响越显著。

Abstract:A research on filtration dewatering were conducted with 5 different ranking coal in lab conditions. The paper discussed the coal metamorphic grade, particle contents and filtration pushing force influenced to the moisture content of the filtration cakes. The results showed that with the increased content of the super fine coal and decreasing of the coal metamorphic grade, the moisture content of the filtration cake and the filtration time would be increased. With the increasing of the filtration push force, the moisture content of the filtration cake will be decreased. The more fine the particle of the coal feeding, the influence of the filtration push force will be more obvious.
