凹印机变频收卷张力控制系统建模研究

摘    要:正确合理的数学模型是控制系统设计的前提和基础。文章在分析凹印机张力控制系统一般特性的基础上,结合凹印机具体的收卷张力系统设计出张力控制结构框图,以此为基础推导收卷张力控制系统各个环节的数学模型,包括料卷卷径和转动惯量的实时模型、收卷的动力学模型、张力模型、检测摆辊模型以及矢量控制的变频调速模型。建立的张力控制系统数学模型为进一步研究凹印机提供了理论基础。图6参11

Abstract:Correct and reasonable mathematical model is the prerequisite and basis for control system design. This paper analyzed the general characteristic of tension control system, and combined with the tension control block diagram designed for specific winding device; based on it, derived the mathematical models of each link′s tension control system which include the real-time model of the roll diameter and inertia, the dynamic model of winding, tension model, testing pendulum roller model and vector control frequency model. The established mathematical model of tension control system provides a theoretical basis for further study on the gravure press. Ch,6 fig.11 ref.]
