| 摘 要： | 深入地研究了P型同轴探测器的工艺方法和技术. 探测器工作偏压大大地超过全耗尽电压。通常可达4000V以上。在此偏压条件下有极低的漏电流,进而有很低的噪音。 最近,共研制出13个探测器,探测效率为15％～35％;其能量分辨率为FWIIM=1.72～1.9keV。这些探测器性能都达到了国际先进水平。证明其工艺方法和技术是很成功的。 |
