非圆行星轮系的等距条件探讨

摘    要:
把外啮合非圆齿轮传动的瞬心线封闭条件推广应用到内啮合非圆齿轮传动的瞬心线封闭条件,并进而研究了非圆行星轮系的同心条件。与现有的非圆行星传动相比,这里的非圆行星系的非圆行星齿轮同时满足同心条件和等距条件,故可同时与内外非圆中心轮啮合,而不须采用双连非圆齿轮。

Abstract:
This paper researched the close condition of the instantaneous line of the noncircular gear in the internal meshing and external meshing respectively,and further more ,researched the equal distance condition of the planetary drive system with noncircular gear of this paper can pared with the present planetqry drive syst em with noncirclyar gears,the noncivcular pianetary gear of this paper can satisfied both the equal distance condition and concentric condition ds well,so that it canmeshed with both internal and external noncircular center gears at same time,instead of adaptation of the compound noncircular gear as in the other system.
