利用洗砂污泥制备烧胀陶粒的研究

摘    要:研究了洗砂污泥原料的性能,对利用洗砂污泥制备烧胀陶粒进行了研究.研究结果表明:在洗砂污泥中添加市政污泥可有效地提高生球的塑性和强度,以及改善陶粒的发泡性能,同时降低焙烧温度,但使用过量会使得陶粒的焙烧温度范围变小.当市政污泥掺量20%时,可以烧制出堆积密度500kg/m3,筒压强度1.5MPa的烧胀陶粒.

Abstract:The paper studies the properties of sand-washing sludge and researches on expanded ceramsite with sand-washing sludge.The results show that the addition of municipal sludge to sand-washing sludge can effective?ly improve the plasticity and dry strength of unfired body,improve the foaming performance of ceramsite and re?duce the baking temperature,but the baking temperature range of sludge ceramsite narrow down under adding sludge reduces.When the amount of municipal sludge is 20%,the sludge ceramsite with bulk density of 500kg/m3 and strength of 1.5 MPa can be produced.
