化学堵水管柱的研制与应用

摘    要:为了满足堵水工艺的要求,研制出了化学堵水管柱。该管柱由两级Y341-114人堵封隔器和定压凡尔构造卡距,其结构简单,操作方便,管柱耐压、耐温性能适合于低渗透层的高压挤注。文中对化学堵水管柱的工作原理和使用情况进行了介绍,同时具体分析了压力效应、温度效应和波动压差对管柱使用性能的影响。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of poison,chemical plug tubing was developed.This pipe string,whose packer distance is formed of two grades Y341-114 chemical poison packer and pressure-regulator valve,is simple in construction and easy to handle,and its character of bearing pressure and temperature is fit of squeezing with high pressure in permeable formation.The paper introduces the operating principle and the application of several chemical plug tubings,and analyses how the applied property of tubings are influenced by the pressure effect,the temperature effect and the wave pressure difference.
