特轧工艺在中型车后桥半轴套管中的应用

摘    要:为了克服胎模锻成形工艺的缺点,降低中型车后桥成本,特研制开发了具有显著节能节材优势,生产率高的三辊特轧新工艺用于生产中型车后桥半轴套管.经过批量生产验证,此工艺节省材料、生产效率高,经济效益显著.

Abstract:In order to overcome the forming problem in forging mould and reduce the cost of middle-sized vehicle,a new technology using three-roller cross-rolling principle is developed and is used to produce backbridge half-shaft casing of middle-sized vehicle.The technology has many advantages such as saving energy and material,efficient and remarkable economic benefits.Batch production proves that the new technology is better.
