| 摘 要： | 设计了开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD),介绍了SRD在煤矿矸石山提升机中的应用,详细叙述了模糊自适应PID速度控制器的设计。通过模糊控制器对PID参数的在线调整,解决了传统PID不能适应参数变化较大的煤矿矸石山提升机调速系统需要的问题,减小了系统超调量,缩短了系统响应时间,提高了系统稳态精度,取得了较好的调速效果。

| Abstract: | Switched reluctance motor drive(SRD)is designed and the application of SRD in mine winch of waste rock dump is introduced.The design of fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller for controlling the speed of switched reluctance motor is presented in detail.By using of fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller to regulate PID parameter real time,the problem that traditional PID is not adaptive to mine winch of waste rock dump drive system in which parameters change greatly has been solved and the drive system also can decrease the speed overshoot effectively,shorten the regulative time,improve the accuracy of SRD system and make SRD system to be high performance in speed control. |
